2. Technical services- We have a reliable and stable cooperation with civil engineers and architects, undertaking: urban planning, certification issuing, arbitrary arrangements, legalizations and licensing, autopsies.
3. Real estate appraisals- Real estate appraisal is a very responsible and complex part of our services. It is a useful tool for buying, selling, renting properties, loan issuance, rent renewal, for investment purposes by potential investors or for property segregation purposes. We include in our team reliable and experienced appraisers for the preparation of appraisal studies, in order to guide each interested party for the upcoming investment steps.
4. Legal service- The extensive experience in the property law makes our office reliable in providing through its Legal Service information, immediate solutions to legal and tax issues and advice on issues related to properties’ buying, selling, or renting.
